Narration

Harvey flags it and points to M&A counsel, beside what the DoA alone would do.
The lawyer takes the M&A route.
Harvey records the why, the alternative, who decided, and the result.
The decision waits in a queue legal leadership owns.
Once approved, it becomes precedent the system is allowed to use.
Another routine-looking NDA, with the same buried standstill.
This time the route is already there, with its reason attached.
It traces back to the approval from a minute ago.
